Role The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring quality nursing care within organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrates professional growth and accountability in a team setting. Qualifications Must have a nursing degree, current Georgia RN license or multistate license, and BLS certification. New graduates are eligible, with preferred hospital experience and a bachelor’s degree. Advanced certifications are a plus.
