Customer Service Representative Albert's Diamond Jewelers is looking for customer service representatives who loves to WOW each and every customer! You are exceptional at anticipating needs and wants of our guests. You enjoy dazzling and delighting each customer. You have prior success in customer service in a retail industry. You are effective with working with various communication styles and can close each transaction with positive experience. You have exceptional listening and communication skills and can quickly develop relationships with people. Prior jewelry experience is a plus. We provide extensive training in jewelry product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Commitment to delivering exceptional, red carpet service- known as the “Albert’s Experience” Be a problem solver for difficult situations when necessary (balancing responsibility for customer care with responsibility for company assets) Establish and maintain guest relationships through effective communication as it relates to store events, promotions etc. and with follow up calls, thank you notes, special notes, as well as birthdays and anniversaries Effectively assists guests with jewelry or watch repair Demonstrates the ability to transform a service visit into a sales visit by identifying the additional needs of the guest Demonstrates knowledge of point- of sale transactions which would include sales, returns, payments, gold buys, pawns, trade-ins, lay-a-ways, repairs Must be flexible in availability and be willing to work during peak times About Albert's Diamond Jewelers Albert's Diamond Jewelers is a treasured Chicagoland jewelry shopping destination, located in Northwest Indiana.
