Job Summary
  • Central Kansas Appliance Repair is an appliance repair company located at:532 w pawnee st wichita, ks 67213. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day 
  • Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Making outbound calls to customers for scheduling, updates, issue resolution, etc.
  • Verifying and marking received parts as checked in using our system
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • De-escalate upset customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
  • Maintain punctuality
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, training will be provided
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate situations
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate record-keeping
  • Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
