Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Bilingual Office Assistant – Direct Hire

Legacy Career Solutions is recruiting a Bilingual Office Assistant for a well-established organization in West Jordan, Utah. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys providing high-quality service and support.

This position provides day-to-day support to staff and members and combines administrative responsibilities with significant member and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and members
• Answer and screen telephone calls and emails, responding appropriately or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member
• Greet and assist members, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders in person and by telephone
• Provide accurate information and professional customer service to members and contractors
• Accept and process member dues payments
• Assist members and contractors with dispatching and updating job-site information
• Perform data entry, data verification, filing, and general recordkeeping
• Prepare and proofread correspondence and other office documents
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting-related responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Conduct internet research and assist with administrative and special projects
• Learn and work with organization-specific databases, software, and systems
• Assist or provide direction to other support staff as needed
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or similar professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to proofread and prepare professional correspondence
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and handle interruptions professionally
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of people
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Database experience and advanced Excel skills are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$22.00–$24.00 per hour , depending on experience.

This is a direct-hire opportunity . The selected candidate will be hired directly by the organization.
