You’ll make sure our communities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect homes/buildings for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on properties to keep them in tip‑top shape. The ideal person for this job would be well versed in general building maintenance, and is a reliable team player and a problem solver. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on properties and homes, to include painting, caulking, wood replacement, drywall repairs, etc. Inspect buildings for seasonal upkeep Keep a record of completed repairs, including materials used and time spent using company software Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm There is the opportunity for occasional after‑hours emergency work Qualifications At least 2 years of maintenance experience Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Have reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and tools Patience to correctly diagnose customer work requests Experience in quoting and selling small jobs is preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
