We are excited to announce an immediate full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Our customer service team is seeking a dynamic, self-starter to support our fast-paced, global call center activities while completing daily, time-sensitive tasks for the customers of one of our dynamic brands, Helen Kaminski. This customer service representative will be expected to answer incoming calls, reply to customer emails, review, prioritize and complete US and Global sales orders, support VIP customer relations, and support our sales team.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

• Strong professional communication skills
• The ability to navigate through multiple systems efficiently in order to assist our customers through the phone and email
• Exceptional typing skills
• Microsoft Suite experience: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience using a corporate ERP system
• A positive attitude and relationship building approach to customer service
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• GED, some college experience preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Adamstown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
