Corporate & Business Transactions - Real Estate 2027 Entry-Level Associate

The Boston, Philadelphia, or Seattle office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a third-year law student/Fall 2027 entry-level associate for our corporate and business transactions – real estate practice. The successful applicant should have a strong interest in real estate and other corporate transactions, and possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. The associate would join the firm after completion of law school and sitting for the bar exam in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying. For positions in MA the salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The base salary wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The foregoing salary range applies only to the specific available position advertised herein. The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and policies then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in: a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, business travel accident insurance plans, and health savings and flexible spending accounts for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and policies then in effect, eligible employees may utilize the Employee Assistance Program, Work/Life Services, Health Advocate, Bright Horizons Back-Up Child Care, and WageWorks Commuter Benefits for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive: 9 paid holidays per calendar year, 2 personal days per year, and up to 20 days of vacation per year. In accordance with state applicable law, eligible employees will earn 1 paid sick leave hour for 30 hours worked. Eligible employees may also take up to five days off for bereavement leave, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave per year, and up to 10 weeks of paid pregnancy disability leave per pregnancy.
