Department of Mathematics, The University of Maryland – Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Company Name Department of Mathematics, The University of Maryland Position Title Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Company Information The Mathematics Department at the University of Maryland invites applications for one or more positions of tenure-track Assistant Professor, with an appointment beginning August 2027, or later, pending budgetary approval. All areas of Pure and Applied Mathematics and Statistics will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities Applicants must present evidence of excellent accomplishments and promise in both research and teaching. Exceptional candidates will be considered for an appointment at a higher rank (for more details see Qualified individuals are invited to submit a letter of application and a CV to Applicants for Assistant Professor positions should arrange for four letters of recommendation, one of which should address teaching. Candidates for Associate or Full Professor positions should only submit a cover letter and a CV.
