We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As Senior Brand Manager, Product Launch & Patient Support Programs US, you will lead the strategy and execution of patient support programs and the integration of key commercial initiatives across the US CRM ecosystem, including new product launches, digital enhancements, and lifecycle transitions.You will own the marketing strategy for Libre patient support programs, defining how they are introduced, adopted, and scaled across CRM, healthcare providers (HCPs), and sales force channels—ensuring a seamless and integrated patient experience.You will also serve as the lead integrating US product launches into the US multi-channel CRM program, driving adoption and engagement across the patient journey.What You’ll Work OnPatient Support Program Strategy & Field Engagement:Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and value propositionDevelop tools, resources, and activation plansDrive alignment across CRM, analytics, HCP, and sales force teamsPatient Support Program Performance & Optimization:Develop and enhance performance tracking and reportingDrive and monitor patient adoption, engagement, and retentionTranslate insights into clear action plans that continuously improve patient experienceProduct & Digital CRM Lifecycle Ownership:Own commercialization of product launches and digital updates within US CRM ProgramManage product lifecycle transitions and enhancementsEnsure cross-functional collaboration and enrollmentBudget & Agency Management:Manage budgets and resourcesLead agencies and external partnersRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in in multichannel CRM or MBA with 1-3 years of related experienceExperience working with field teams and HCPsProven experience leading patient support programs / product launchesStrong strategic and execution skillsStrong stakeholder managementPreferred QualificationsHealthcare or regulated industry experienceExperience managing agenciesFamiliarity with digital health ecosystemsWhat Success Looks LikeGrowth in patient enrollment, engagement, and retention via Libre patient support programsSuccessful product and digital adoptionStrong cross-functional alignmentApply NowLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
