Live Well Healthcare Solutions, your trusted partner in cleaning services, is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, Massachusetts. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently cook an assortment of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
Prepare and plate food products, including garnishing and setting up food presentation
Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including kitchen equipment and inventory management
Rotate stock and manage inventory to ensure freshness and quality of products
Develop and implement recipes that meet dietary standards and regulations
Handle last-minute requests for special events and catering services
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a high-volume culinary environment

Requirements:
Classic training and experience in a high-volume culinary environment
Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Salary: $21 - $23 HOURLY, depending on experience and certifications
