Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions. Your technical knowledge, combined with business acumen, will be essential in driving projects that improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for various projects. Process Analysis : Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation. Technical Documentation : Create detailed technical documentation, including user stories, process flows, data models, and system requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Solution Design : Assist in the design of technical solutions that meet business needs, providing input on system capabilities, constraints, and integration points. Testing & Validation : Participate in system testing, ensuring that the developed solutions meet the documented requirements and perform as expected. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Project Support : Provide ongoing support during project implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, and ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications: Business Analysis : 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Technical Understanding : Strong knowledge of software development processes, system architectures, databases, and APIs. Documentation Skills : Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation, such as functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories. Collaboration : Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient solutions. Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile environments, using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking and collaboration. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
