Location: New York City

Long Term Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in compliance or regulated environments
• Strong experience creating business requirements documents (BRDs)
• Ability to work closely with IT teams on system implementations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with registration/licensing (e.g., Client, NFA)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira
• Ideal candidate should have worked as a senior BA within Central Compliance – Registration or involved in building a system for managing registrations.
• Candidate should be familiar with preparing a business requirement document (BRD) for IT.
• Candidate should have worked with or alongside IT teams in building new applications.
• Good communication (English) and documentation skills in word, excel.
• Plus: Understands AGILE/SCRUM and working with JIRA
