@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.Material Planning & ExecutionOversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process:Ensure all materials are available for production.Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.Inventory ManagementOwn and manage inventory levels across the supply chain:Maintain inventory within target thresholds.Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate).Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.Demand & Supply AlignmentLead supply/demand reviews:Ensure accurate forecasting and planning.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with:Customers – to understand demand and service expectations.Suppliers – to ensure timely material availability.Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound/outbound flows.Tool & Process EnhancementDrive IT tool enhancements to support:Demand planning.Material planning.Reporting and analytics.Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.Salary range: $120K-150K@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
