Job Description Bank of America, an equal‑opportunity employer, seeks a Customer Service representative to engage clients in the lobby and provide assistance with self‑service transactions (mobile banking, online banking, ATM). This role is open for the entire market, with the specific financial center location determined by business needs. Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Collaboration skills to get things done and nurture strong relationships. Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Effective communication and comfort engaging all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Confidence in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to act in the best interest of clients and the bank. Efficient time and capacity management with a focus on results. Capability to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, or finance). Additional Information Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
