We are seeking a Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to support our growing Littleton practice. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on clinical experience in a specialized field of healthcare, working alongside an expert team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-4:15 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.Essential Functions and Accountabilities:Prepare exam and procedure roomsSupport patients during clinical visits and proceduresPerform specimen collection and processingAssist Physicians with patient care and clinical proceduresMaintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stockedPractice phlebotomyMaintain clinical supplies inventory.Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.Academic Training:Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferredPhlebotomy Program – preferredRequirements:6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practiceMust be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional eveningsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelPreferred Experience:1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferredPrior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women's healthcare – preferredExperience supporting clinical procedures is a plusElectronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferredIVI-RMA offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week.Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance OptionsRetirement 401K PlanPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysCompany Paid: Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability & AD&DFlexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementIVIRMA is the largest group in the world devoted exclusively to human Assisted Reproduction Technology.
