Job Title:   Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support instructional delivery and student learning across K–12 grade levels. This role focuses on assisting teachers in providing individualized support, promoting student engagement, and helping maintain a structured, inclusive classroom environment.

Primary Duties:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering instructional activities and lessons
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Reinforce academic concepts and assist with skill development as directed by the teacher
• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and accommodations
• Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management and student behavior support
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the teacher
• Support daily classroom routines, transitions, and organizational tasks
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other school staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team
• Patience, flexibility, and a supportive attitude
