CFO Opportunity

Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to steer the strategic direction of a well-capitalized, family-owned bank holding company. As CFO, you'll own the financial planning, implementation, and management for the holding company and its two nationally chartered banks. This role is a prime seat to drive growth through M&A leadership, organic expansion, digital transformation, and ensuring top-tier regulatory compliance.

Strategic breadth: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Board while overseeing a complex commercial banking operation spanning two separately chartered banks, opportunistic M&A, and a growing fintech platform.

Growth and innovation focus: Lead digital transformation and FP&A enhancement in a well-capitalized, recognized commercial bank with a strong brand and opportunistic growth strategy.

Bank CFO Experience with Multi-Entity Oversight: Proven track record managing multiple P&Ls across a bank holding company and its separately chartered bank subsidiaries—critical for overseeing complex organizational structures.

Regulatory & Audit Mastery: Deep regulator-facing expertise including managing OCC exams, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings, delivering clean financial statement audits, and maintaining strong auditor relationships.

FP&A & Data-Driven Transformation Leadership: Change agent capable of advancing FP&A capabilities and driving data/digital transformation initiatives using platforms like Snowflake and PowerBI to support strategic decision-making.

Strategic partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and exec team on strategic planning, capital allocation, and operating model decisions, including M&A diligence and integration.

Team leadership and development: Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, building a collaborative, growth-focused, data-driven culture.

Regulatory compliance: Maintain strong relationships with bank regulators and external auditors. Ensure timely completion of annual audit, tax filings, and all regulatory reporting requirements.

Capital planning: Oversee liquidity management, interest-rate risk, investment portfolio performance, wholesale funding, deposit pricing, and capital allocation to optimize net interest margin and uphold solid capital ratios.

FP&A and forecasting: Drive FP&A enhancements to deliver solid financial projections, scenario modeling, and actionable insights that support growth and regulatory compliance.
