RATE OF PAY: $18-$24 per hour
BASIC PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager, position is responsible for maintaining Microsoft Dynamices 365 F&O system accuracy for all inventory including finished goods, WIP and components. Perform daily tasks in support of maintaining inventory system compliance with SOP’s and J-SOX to include leading cycle count process, maintaining physical counts in Microsoft Dynamices 365 F&O and generating variance reports and identifying root cause. Support internal financial audits of inventory control procedures and investigates discrepancies. Provide back-up coverage to DC and Warehousing functions (Shipping, Receiving, Material Staging) and executes other projects as assigned. Warehouse expert in RF Smart use and application.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate, investigate, and reconcile inventory system Exception Reports (ex. Negative Balance, Partial Quantity and Daily Variance Reports). Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate the cycle count process across all storage locations. Generate, distribute, and reconcile the scheduled daily cycle counts and requested item counts. Provide cycle count training as required.
- Train, assist, and maintain RF Smart-related daily activities. Accommodate system and procedural enhancements.
- Assists fellow department employees as needed and requested. Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area. Keep current on SOPs, keep up to date on safety meetings, dept. procedures, GMPs and other policies. Transact financial Microsoft Dynamices 365 F&O entries. Accept and complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
