Position: Condo Room Attendant – Seasonal

Reports To: Rooms Division Manager

• Status: Seasonal; Summer, Fall Breaks, Winter Break, Spring Break etc...
• Hours: ~15–20 hours per week; Start time is usually 9:00AM.
• Availability: Sundays required
• Compensation: $16.00/hour

As a Condo Room Attendant at Blue Harbor Resort, you’ll be an essential part of our housekeeping team, helping ensure our resort condos are clean, comfortable, and inviting for every guest. Condo Room Attendants maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned units, following established procedures and standards to support an exceptional guest experience. Room attendants are vital in hospitality settings for delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Clean condos and guest areas according to resort quality standards, including…
  • Making beds and changing linens
  • Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Cleaning bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and patios
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities
• Organize and maintain a clean housekeeping cart with sufficient supplies
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use chemicals safely, including familiarizing yourself with safety data sheets
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to your supervisor promptly
• Document and secure lost‑and‑found items according to procedure
• Provide friendly, professional communication with guests when encountered
• Support housekeeping team goals by working independently and efficiently
• Assist House Attendants as needed, including delivering guest requests and picking up used items
• Conserve energy by adjusting lights, shades, and HVAC in unoccupied condos

• Ability to work independently and meet team goals efficiently
• Professional, guest‑focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with housekeeping practices, sanitation standards, and laundry operations preferred
• Attention to detail and consistency in cleaning quality

• Frequent bending, lifting, and stretching
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks required for cleaning and housekeeping
