Maintenance AssociateThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Minot, NDJob Description:Pay Rate: $22 to $24 DOE Hours: 10 days on / 4 days off rotation Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Field Maintenance Associate to perform routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of oilfield equipment and facilities. Based out of our Minot, ND location, the Field Maintenance Associate keeps wellsite and production equipment running safely and reliably by completing scheduled maintenance, assisting with repairs, and supporting field operations. This is a hands-on, field-based role in a demanding, all-weather environment that rewards a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a zero-incident safety mindset.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on oilfield equipment and facilities, including pumps, engines, tanks, separators, valves, piping, and associated production equipment.Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and general repairs; troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate complex problems to technicians or supervisors.Conduct regular inspections and functional checks; identify wear, leaks, corrosion, and safety hazards and report or correct them promptly.Perform greasing, oil changes, filter replacements, cleaning, painting, and other general upkeep tasks to keep equipment in service.Support installation, rig-up, and rig-down of equipment as directed.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade coursework is a plus. 1+ years of maintenance, mechanical, oilfield, agricultural, construction, or related hands-on experience.Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening
