We are building an elite team of licensed Florida Real Estate Agents to capitalize on one of the fastest-growing luxury property management markets in South Florida.

Why This Opportunity Is Unlike Any Other

Most companies offer either a salary or commissions.

We offer three independent sources of income , giving you exceptional earning potential.

1. Guaranteed Hourly Pay

$20 per hour

Unlike most commission-only sales positions, we provide a guaranteed hourly wage to help cover part of your monthly expenses while you build your business.

2. Immediate Property Management Commissions

Every time you sign a Property Management Agreement, you earn an immediate commission.

Commission Schedule

1 Bedroom → $300

2 Bedrooms → $500

3 Bedrooms → $550

4 Bedrooms or More → $600

Your commission is paid immediately after the management agreement is signed.

There is no cap on your earnings.

3. Grow Your Real Estate Listing Business — At No Cost

This is what truly separates us from every other Property Management company.

We provide our sales agents with verified phone numbers and email addresses of condominium owners , including many owners who hold their properties through LLCs and other legal entities.

Instead of spending weeks trying to identify decision-makers, you'll be speaking directly with property owners.

During your prospecting calls, you'll often discover owners who are considering selling their property.

This is especially common in newly delivered condominium developments, where many investors purchase units during construction with the intention of selling shortly after completion.
