Luxury Real Estate

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a successful business within the luxury market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who values professional relationships, elevated client service, and learning how to represent buyers and sellers in higher-value real estate transactions.

You will gain practical experience through luxury property tours, open houses, client consultations, prospecting, and consistent follow-up. Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals will give you exposure to the communication, preparation, and attention to detail expected when serving discerning clients.

As you build your experience, you will learn how to create new business through relationship development, networking, database growth, and strategic market outreach. You will also gain exposure to property positioning, luxury marketing, negotiations, and the transaction process while developing a stronger understanding of the local luxury market.

Coaching and mentorship will help you sharpen your sales approach, improve client conversations, and establish productive daily activities that support continued business growth. The focus is on developing relationships and delivering a professional client experience that can create repeat and referral opportunities over time.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

Qualifications:

• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Technology driven
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Great communication and social skills
• Past sales experience is preferred
