The Title Processor plays a crucial role in managing the accuracy and integrity of property title documentation within a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Title Manager, this role involves conducting thorough title searches, maintaining detailed records, and resolving title issues to ensure smooth transaction processes. Occasional travel for training is required, providing opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough title searches to verify legal ownership and document conditions
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain current title records
- Organize and manage records for easy access and audit readiness
- Identify and resolve issues related to title discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Notary Public license
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in title processing
- High school diploma or equivalent
