Note: Candidates must be active members of the California Bar, have 3+ years of experience practicing as an attorney, and have at least 1 year of California family law experience. Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage California family law matters from initial strategy through resolution. Handle divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and related domestic matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and other legal filings. Prepare for and participate in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and litigation. Counsel clients with clarity, professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and outside financial or other professionals when matters require specialized expertise. Qualifications 3+ years of attorney experience. 1+ year of California family law experience. Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and client communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and complex case details. Experience with contested divorce, custody, support, or complex financial matters is preferred.
