Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Modify general education curriculum to address the unique abilities of each child
• Provide direct instruction in small groups and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Regularly communicate progress with students' families, celebrating achievements and addressing concerns
• Participate in IEP and team meetings; contribute to ongoing assessment and programming decisions
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom where every child can thrive
