Corporate Associate Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a diligent and driven attorney with 1-2 years of experience for a growing corporate practice in [City/State]. The practice advises entrepreneurs, startups, and venture capital funds as outside counsel. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that mirrors the entrepreneurial spirit of its clients. The position is currently remote, transitioning to a hybrid model. DutiesResearch Research legal and commercial issues for client deliverables. Communicate with clients to address open issues and tasks. Review and analyze agreements of varying complexity. Prepare initial drafts of agreements, consents, and other documents based on precedent. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of transactional legal experience as a licensed attorney. Excellent communication, organization, and document management skills. Willingness to learn technical, legal, and business skills on the job. Interest in and passion for entrepreneurship required. Prior experience with startups is a plus, but not required. EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. CertificationsLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. SkillsStrong research and drafting abilities. Effective negotiation and client counseling skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
