Shift Supervisor Sterling Heights, MI. Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm - Overtime and weekends mandatory based on production schedule Job Description of the Shift Supervisor: Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees. The ideal candidate selected for this position will: Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex. Quality Policy Manual, Colleague Handbook) Responsible for ensuring the team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently Required skills needed of the Shift Supervisor: High School Diploma/GED required, college coursework preferred Must be willing to travel to local locations within the Metro Detroit area and/or surrounding counties Must be detailed oriented Physical requirements of the Shift Supervisor position: Duties include but are not limited to standing, walking, twisting, bending, lifting, seeing, talking, and hearing the duration of the shift. A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and drug screen and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
