Key Responsibilities Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution or trial. Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs. Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations. Work alongside senior partners while building and nurturing your own client relationships. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of civil or commercial litigation experience. Strong academic credentials and a proven professional record. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
