Handles and resolves MongoDB environment problems and issues. Develops understanding of Agile techniques, activities, and DevOps methods. Uses a working knowledge of MONGODB to complete assignments. Diagnoses and resolves incidents and problems within area of expertise. Assists with developing or modifying MongoDB policies, guidelines, standards, procedures, and documentation as required. Provides solutions to business partners by acting as a point of contact on PostgreSQL/MongoDB issues. Provides technical guidance, training and may delegate work to others. Drives, embraces, and enables an environment of change fostering innovation, championing collaboration, and ideas. Enables solution modernization activities through design and development-related work items and architectural engagement. Conducts research and integrates industry best practices into processes and potential solutions.
