Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Cryo Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Henderson, Nevada .

•   Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with one Sunday per month for 1-2 hours

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

In this role, the Cryo Logistics Coordinator will:

• Manage logistics for specimen transports from inquiry through transport completion
• Handle cryogenic specimens between storage and shipment tanks
• Prepare and maintain transportation and laboratory equipment
• Triage and assign caseloads to self and support staff
• Respond to patient inquiries
• Answer questions regarding cryogenic storage, pricing, and transportation
• Assist with patient document needs
• Communicate with outside vendors
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Biology preferred
• Medical, laboratory, and/or fertility experience preferred
• Experience working with inventory
• Interpersonal communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
