Reports to: Hospitality or Drive Thru Director and Operator

Roles vary between Hospitality and Drive-Thru positions and include providing hospitality, taking orders, cashiering, assembling meals, and delivering orders. Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.

We ask that you:

• Verify cash-handling accuracy as required
• Are a legal citizen of the United States
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Are at least 16 years of age
• Are willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation

As a Team Member of Chick-fil-A Bend, you will be expected to adhere to these appearance standards at all times:

• No fashion-dyed hair
• No facial piercings. Only a plain stud is allowed in one nostril (no jewels)
• Ears may be pierced; all jewelry must be plain studs (no jewels, hoops, or dangles)
• Hair must be kept neat and out of the face at all times
• Beards may be up to 0.25” in length; in the kitchen, a beard net must be worn at all times
• Nails must remain a natural length and not be visible from the underside of the hand. Nail gel is allowed but must be approved colors, and gloves must be worn at all times
• No jewelry is permitted on the wrists; rings must be plain bands, and necklaces must remain tucked under your uniform at all times
