Customer Service Receptionist (Family Travel Company)

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from new and returning clients.
- Provide service info and requests using our software.
- Effectively communicate our messaging using company phone script.
- Handle basic questions about our service and transferring to the right team.
- Submitting booking details to the office staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong phone and active listening skills.
- Friendly, service-minded communicator.
- Confident using software tools and managing data entry.
- Organized and efficient with time management.
- Comfortable working weekends.
- Writing and reading comprehension proficiency.
- Fluent in English (no accent).
- Knowledgeable about US cities geography.
