Sr. Manager, Bioethics, Policy & Partnerships (BPP)

Senior Manager role supporting bioethics, policy, and partnerships initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Office of the Chief Medical Officer. Provides project management oversight for communications strategies, policy stewardship processes, and strategic initiatives across the Innovative Medicine division.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for Office of the Chief Medical Officer communications activities and strategy execution
• Develop and maintain communications plans including milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery schedules
• Build and manage policy stewardship workplans tracking policies through intake, assessment, drafting, review, and implementation
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach, consolidate feedback, track disposition of comments, and confirm resolution of approvals
• Prepare status updates, governance materials, and dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and escalation items

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in life sciences strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years progressive pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech company experience
• Prior R&D or scientific background experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and facilitate cross-functional team alignment
• Proven project management expertise with integrated planning, timelines, and risk management
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail managing competing priorities
