Job Description
The Pizza Cook will play a key role in ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced pizzeria environment. Working primarily during the evening shift, this position requires skill in dough handling, stretching dough by hand only , topping assembly, and oven operation while maintaining strict sanitation and kitchen safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble pizza toppings efficiently
- Handle and shape dough to meet quality standards
- Operate pizza ovens safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with kitchen safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in food preparation
