And that has made for achieving some truly great things.Role OverviewConsultants are integral members of our consulting teams, generally working on a single engagement to meet client needs while under the direction of and collaborating closely with Engagement Managers and Partners. Consultants are responsible for effectively planning and managing distinct segments of work, while acting as a valued contributor to the team. Our project teams usually consist of 3-4 members and client engagements often span 3-6 months in duration.ResponsibilitiesDefine analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client actionGather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analysesProvide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutionsCreate elegant, multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal supportDraw upon healthcare payer knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant implications for clientsEffectively engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationshipsProactively work to create an energizing team environmentContribute to knowledge sharing and team developmentQualifications and Desired Skills4+ years of consulting experience is required, healthcare preferredStrong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streamsDemonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsStrong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needsClear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise our clients professionally and positivelyProficient in Microsoft office; experience with Tableau is a plusFlexibility to travel as requiredMust be located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Boston, or Washington, D.C.Salary range: $104,000-$135,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
