Areas of Expertise Sought Business Tax Individual Tax (including review and signing responsibilities) State & Local Tax (SALT) High Net Worth Tax Who You Are You are a licensed CPA with at least 10 years of progressive tax experience and a strong understanding of advanced tax strategies and planning opportunities. You are recognized as a technical resource who enjoys solving complex client issues, conducting in-depth research, and collaborating with colleagues to develop practical solutions. You are motivated to continue advancing your career into a Principal-level position while contributing to the growth and long‑term success of the firm. Key Responsibilities Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure high-quality client service Lead tax planning, business consulting, and advisory engagements by evaluating transactions and assessing tax risks and opportunities Conduct tax research utilizing authoritative and non-authoritative resources across multiple research platforms Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations on complex tax matters Scope, plan, and manage client engagements while optimizing firm resources and profitability Share technical knowledge across teams and build internal networks to support collaboration and learning Mentor and develop Senior Associates and Managers in both technical and career growth areas Advise Managers on fostering effective, motivated, and high-performing teams Support recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives through networking, interviewing, and participation in career events and forums Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive advising and value-added service Identify client needs and decision drivers to support proposal development and business opportunities Recognize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging knowledge of firm services and capabilities Support leadership in pursuing new business development and consulting opportunities Research, write, and publish technical articles and thought leadership content with support from team members #J-18808-Ljbffr CPS Inc.
