Position Highlights :
- Desirable Practice Setting:
- Pure Interventional Radiology - no general radiology call required
- New state-of-the-art equipment
- Two hybrid IR suites supported by a dedicated IR pre-operative area
- Advanced procedures available based on your area of interest
- Dedicated Support:
- Highly trained, senior-level IR/DR resident per year with advanced procedural exposure
- IR Nurse Practitioners and IR Tech support
- Favorable Call:
- 1:5 with frontline coverage from senior-level residents
- Tertiary Referral Center:
- State's only academic medical center and Level 1 trauma center, serving as a major referral hub
- No Research Required
- Light academic requirements focused on workstation teaching and mentorship

Qualifications :
- Certifications: BC/BE and completion of ACGME-approved IR/RD residency or IR fellowship program
- Licensure: Eligibility for Mississippi medical licensure
