Medication Technician – Evening & Overnight Shifts Join our dynamic team at Bickford Senior Living as a Medication Technician! You will support resident care within the branch, ensuring that residents' daily medication needs are met in a compassionate way that maintains their dignity. Understand and follow the “Six rights of medication administration” and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management. Understand and appropriately utilize the eMAR system for medication administration. Communicate appropriately with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care. Provide direct resident care and supervise resident care work of non‑licensed team members and other areas of the branch as appropriate. Lead by demonstrating the Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to all other team members on shift. Qualifications An active Medication Technician Certification in good standing or at least one year of experience in the care of seniors. High School Diploma or GED. Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require. CPR and First Aid certifications required. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Competent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to utilize or learn Bickford’s eMAR system to administer medications.
