Product Manager – Commerce “Upgrade and Retain (Mobile)” As a Product Manager on the Commerce “Upgrade and Retain (Mobile)” Product team, you will envisage, define, design, develop, test, and launch experiences that support business goals toward increasing subscription revenue and preventing voluntary churn on our mobile apps. You will orient your vision toward the unique traits of mobile apps, critically examine usage data and patterns of our mobile users, and experiment with rigor. Your end‑products and journeys will be elegant, honest, and innovative while delivering both the goals of the business and the wants of users. Responsibilities Develop a roadmap/backlog of impactful products, features, and optimizations that prioritize customer value, business growth, and strategic opportunities across mobile devices. Monitor the performance of core mobile upgrade and retention journeys; develop a deep knowledge of how the flows technically work and user behaviors across them. Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to brainstorm and evaluate solution approaches, assess technical feasibility, and ensure alignment on building the most scalable and effective products. Identify and lead new initiatives to drive subscription profitability and voluntary churn prevention goals; communicate ideas to different audiences and influence them to understand your vision. Engage in active, ongoing experimentation on production experiences; continually a/b test to fine‑tune product journeys, learn, and iterate. Work with Partner Devices team to develop a deep understanding of mobile platform capabilities that exist today and may be coming soon. Work with Legal to understand compliance requirements and propose product solutions that meet the needs. Perform operational work related to pricing and copy updates across owned surfaces. Effectively and consistently communicate work and priorities to manager, peers, and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 3 years in product management, working on front‑end user journeys. Experience developing and shipping products for mobile apps (iOS and Android). Expertise in product experimentation – design, analytics, A/B testing, user testing, and market research. Comfort working with team members across UX design, data, engineering, legal, and stakeholder groups. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, AirTable, Figma, Optimizely, and MS suite applications. A deep understanding and interest in the streaming industry, its major players, trends, and challenges. Essential Skills & Attributes Experienced product manager with a history of building effective and elegant front‑end journeys on mobile apps. Proficient in experimentation tools, technologies, established best practices, and own experience‑based methods. Can defend and vigorously pursue ideas based on quantitative and qualitative insights, supporting the best interest of the user. Identifies the most impactful concepts and pushes them through rigorous evaluation, execution, implementation, experimentation, and success. Thrives in a fast‑paced, iterative, and collaborative environment. Fast and eager learner willing to take on new challenges and explore ambiguous problems. Strong communication skills, able to quickly establish rapport and distill complex messages into simple language. Familiarity with mobile commerce design systems and UX best practices, including user journeys for upgrade and retention. Hybrid Work & Benefits This position currently has a hybrid schedule, requiring contribution from the office a minimum of four days per week. The company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time. Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 (bonus and long‑term incentive eligible).
