Primary Care Physician

Role Provide equitable, value-based primary care to Medicare patients in a neighborhood clinic setting. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients Oversee primary care services Prescribe medications Maintain electronic medical records Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals Manage the care team Qualifications MD or DO license board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine active state license DEA license US work authorization Preferred Skills Geriatrics fellowship experience with older adults and value-based care outpatient primary care experience bilingual skills Benefits Competitive salary bonuses health insurance CME stipend retirement plans malpractice insurance supportive work environment Hours Full-time, 40 hours/week.
