Description Senior Business Process Analyst, Revenue Operations Location Remote, US (Hybrid for candidates within 50 miles of an office) Role Overview Egnyte is a secure multi‑cloud platform for content security and governance that enables organizations to better protect and collaborate on their most valuable content. Revenue Operations at Egnyte is the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and the systems that run the business. This senior individual contributor role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Ops and involves process archaeology: turning manual, undocumented work into systematic, scalable processes. What You’ll Do Map current‑state workflows across the Lead‑to‑Cash journey end to end. Partner with stakeholders to identify automation and systems improvement opportunities, own the requirements documentation. Work alongside operational leaders to prioritize improvements and track execution. Build and maintain a process documentation library: SOPs, swimlane diagrams, and exception registers. Translate between business and technical teams, turning tribal knowledge into institutional knowledge. Track and report on process health: manual touchpoints, error rates, cycle time, and downstream quality. Your Qualifications 5–7 years in business process analysis, business systems analysis, or revenue/sales operations. Direct experience with Lead‑to‑Cash processes. Salesforce fluency at analyst or power‑user level. Working knowledge of Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or comparable tools. Strong written communication and diplomatic directness. Experience supporting MSP, VAR, or partner‑sold motions. Exposure to subscription, usage‑based, or hybrid billing models. Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi or Celigo. Formal process methodology background (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar). Compensation Base pay range: $95,000 – $130,000 annually (varies by location and experience).
