Thisis a hands-onposition for asafety-focused technicianwho takes pridein troubleshooting complexequipment, solving problemsin the field, and keeping criticallifting systems operatingsafely and efficiently. The ideal candidatehas strong mechanicaland electrical troubleshootingexperience, understandscrane safety standards, and is comfortableworking independently atcustomer job sites. What We Offer Competitive pay basedon experience andtechnical qualifications Company service truckfor field work Company-provided phone andcredit card Uniform shirts andprofessional work appearance Paid on-the-job training andcontinued skills development Medical insurance througha major healthcareprovider Company-paid dental, vision,and life insurance Retirement plan withcompany match Paid time offand paid holidays A safe, respectful, and supportive workenvironment Opportunity to growwith an expandingcompany Key Responsibilities Install, dismantle, assemble, andservice overhead bridgecranes, gantry cranes, hoists, and relatedlifting equipment Perform scheduled preventivemaintenance inspectionsto identify equipmentwear, defects, andpotential safety concerns Diagnose and repairmechanical, electrical,and structural cranesystem issues Troubleshoot motors, controls, wiring, brakes, gearboxes, limit switches, anddrive systems Replace defective componentsand complete repairsto restore safeequipment operation Perform load testing, inspections, calibrations, and safety checksin accordance withOSHA, ASME, CMAA, ANSI, and companyrequirements Read and interpretelectrical schematics,mechanical drawings, manuals, and servicedocumentation Complete accurate servicereports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation Communicate professionallywith customers, engineers, safety personnel, andoperations teams Provide equipment guidanceand operator trainingwhen needed Stay current withcrane technology, industrystandards, and bestmaintenance practices Required Qualifications Minimum 5 yearsof experience workingon overhead cranes, hoists, industrial equipment, or similar mechanical/electrical systems preferred Strong mechanical troubleshootingskills and electricaldiagnostic abilities Experience working with230/460V ACsystems, motors, controls, andindustrial electrical components Ability to troubleshootand repair mechanicaldrive systems, brakes, gear reducers, andcrane components Ability to readelectrical schematics,blueprints, and technicalmanuals Working knowledge ofOSHA, ASME, ANSI, and crane safetyrequirements Strong attention todetail and commitmentto workplace safety Ability to workindependently while maintainingexcellent communicationwith customers andteam members High school diplomaor equivalent required;technical training, tradeschool, or industrycertifications preferred OSHA 10/30certification is aplus Physical Requirements &Work Environment Must be ableto perform physicalwork in industrialenvironments Ability to workat heights, onelevated platforms, andin confined areas Ability to lift, carry, and handletools and equipmentrequired for servicework Work may involveexposure to heavymachinery, noise, andactive industrial facilities Must provide basichand tools Travel to customerjob sites andoccasional weekend workmay be required Ideal Candidates MayHave Experience As: Overhead Crane Technician Crane ServiceTechnician Hoist Technician Industrial Maintenance Technician Electrical Maintenance Technician Millwright Field Service Technician Industrial Equipment Technician If you arean experienced technicianwho enjoys solvingproblems, working withadvanced industrial equipment, and being partof a teamthat values safetyand quality, weencourage you toapply. \nCompany Description We are committed to delivering exceptional services and professionals with proven work ethics and processes.
