What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to young patients and their families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, responding effectively to changes.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Communicating compassionately with patients’ families, offering guidance and support during challenging times.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in a critical care or pediatric setting.
• A valid RN license.
• Intermediate proficiency in English to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A strong sense of empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
