Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. The AGM assists the GM in the achievement of the people, financial, and operational goals of the restaurant.Essential Functions:Assists GM in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goalsAssists GM in monitoring/ improving employee moralePersonally coaches staffEnsures safety is everyone's top priorityEnsures compliance with all applicable lawsAssists GM in achieving sales and profits to planDisplays urgency to correct daily financial control deficienciesStrives to drive year-upon-year growth in sales and profitsDelivers/ improves delivery of QSC to franchise operational standardsRaises the bar in operational executionEnsures facilities are maintained to franchise standard on a daily basisDisplays awareness of asset deficiencies and urgency to correct themDisplays awareness and urgency to eliminate any potential for liabilityEffectively role-model the MIC success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customer, and service are completedEnsure that all Team Member positions are executed according to their Shift Excellence responsibilitiesPersonally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priorityManage the restaurant in the absence of the RGMOpen availability.Minimum 5 day, 45 hour work week.Available to work anywhere on the island.Need transportation to do banking.Ensures that safety is a priority for all employees.
