Director of Threat Assessment & Workplace Safety

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a seasoned Director, Threat Assessment to lead safety and security programs across the network. You will develop policies, analyze threats, coordinate with HR, Risk Management, Legal and Leadership to protect patients, staff and facilities. The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with state and local agencies and ongoing education on WPV and safety standards.
