As a Bartender, you play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, by providing service in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. This role is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using your knowledge, hospitality, and service skills. This individual must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections.

Required Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
• Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude required
• TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification required
• Previous experience in a similar setting required
• Professional demeanor is always required
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills required
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. if needed.

• Working knowledge of spirits, wine, trends, and related beverage items required
