Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - High Commission Split, Training Available

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want a clear path to becoming productive real estate professionals. You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and established systems that help you learn what to do each day to begin building your business.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective prospecting and client management techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the real estate market and sales strategies.
• Assist in organizing and conducting property showings to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Manage transaction processes from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Utilize company systems to track leads, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate new business opportunities.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.

• Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.

• Ability to collaborate with team members and experienced agents, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
