You’ll develop the core skills, discipline, and sales foundation needed to progress toward an Associate Producer role, while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development. Duties Include: (but not limited to) 1. Prospecting & Activity Generation Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital outreach Work from assigned vertical target lists and lead sources Generate qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development department Maintain a disciplined and consistent follow‑up cadence Build and manage an active pipeline of opportunities 2. Meeting Qualification Apply agency-defined qualification standards, including: Industry and revenue fit Access to decision‑makers Timing and opportunity indicators Confirm scheduled meetings to maintain strong appointment hold rates Ensure opportunities are properly vetted before handoff to producers 3. Sales Process Discipline Maintain accurate and organized CRM records Track all outreach activity, follow‑ups, and next steps Participate in weekly pipeline and activity reviews Follow defined sales process and stage criteria Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail 4.
