Direct Hire in San Diego, 100% Onsite

No C2C or 3rd Party Candidates

Target salary is $175-$200k plus Equity

• Experience mentoring junior engineers

Ideal Candidate Profile: This is not a pure AI builder role.

The ideal person is an engineer at heart who can comfortably sit with clients, executives, and stakeholders to:

• Assess current processes and systems
• Recommend AI strategy and implementation plans
• Identify build vs. buy opportunities
• Drive AI adoption across organizations
• Build or help architect AI solutions
• Teach and guide stakeholders on AI capabilities and usage
• Deliver polished presentations and technical discussions
