Location: Abita Springs, Louisiana, 70420 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Abita Springs, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the property and local area. Manage guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and reservation software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
